YHC arrived a few minutes late due to a terrible accident on 40.\u00a0 Thankfully, Frostbite was there to pick up my slack until I arrived.\u00a0 There was a brief warm-a-rama before we left on our journey around Ardmore.<\/p>\n
My plan was to treat this chilly evening workout similarly to Flatline…Stay moving and never slow down.\u00a0 To that end, the workout was constructed in a progressive manner.\u00a0 At the first stop, we performed one exercise.\u00a0 At the next stop, we repeated the same exercise and added another.\u00a0 We built up to 6 exercises over 7 stops.<\/p>\n

Stop 5.\u00a0 SSH, Merkins, Imperial Walkers, Mutton Crunch, Monkey Humpers X 20<\/p>\n
Stop 6.\u00a0 SSH, Merkins, Imperial Walkers, MC, Monkey Humpers, Alabama Prom Dates X 10 each side, double count, one leg extended<\/p>\n
Stop 7.\u00a0 Repeat stop 6<\/p>\n
We completed all this right on time.<\/p>\n
It was great to finally meet Bagpipe.\u00a0 Had seen his name often in recent back blasts.\u00a0 Great to see Hotdish as well after many weeks.<\/p>\n
We stayed as warm as we could and each run between stations allowed for a little side talk.<\/p>\n
