Flip flop and repeato.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to tennis courts for Hammer Time (\u201cDidn\u2019t you try this at Urban Assault?\u201d -Frostbite).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Every time Hammer says, \u201cCan\u2019t Touch This\u201d = Burpee (<em>only<\/em> 25 in total, but they come in bursts (Yes, they count, Lamb Chop)).<\/li>\n<li>\u201cBreak It Down\u201d = American Hammers AMRAP<\/li>\n<li>\u201cStop, Hammer Time\u201d = Back on your feet<\/li>\n<li>Carioca back &amp; forth for the remainder of the song.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to east end of track and cross bridge.\u00a0 Climb hill to the bottom(!) of Pilot View.\u00a0 In honor of the early cold weather, we spelled W-I-N-T-E-R at each block ascending the mountain observatory.<\/p>\n<p><strong>W<\/strong>ide Merkins x 10<\/p>\n<p><strong>I<\/strong>mperial Storm Troopers x 10 (DC)<\/p>\n<p><strong>N<\/strong>o-Cheat Merkins (Hand-Release) x 10<\/p>\n<p><strong>T<\/strong>riple Pump Jump Squats (Squat + Heel Raise + Monkey Humper + Jump) x 10 (\u201cThis is too complicated.\u201d\u00a0 -Walker)<\/p>\n<p><strong>E<\/strong>rkins (\u201cIsn\u2019t \u2018Erkin\u2019 spelled with an \u2018I\u2019?\u201d \u2013 Frostbite) x 10<\/p>\n<p><strong>R<\/strong>ussian Twists (\u201cI thought these were called American Hammers\u201d -Lamb Chop) x 10 (DC)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Upon arriving to Summit, we crossed the street and found some wall space at the post office for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kankans x 10<\/li>\n<li>Derkins x 10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Repeato x 3<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pelton run from post office to 4<sup>th<\/sup> Street with rear pax performing squats x 5 before accelerating to the front.\u00a0 Mosey into Grace Court for <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through\">seven<\/span> (\u201cDon\u2019t you think we should show our guest the infamous Intimidator?\u201d -Frostbite) four layers of dip accompanied by WW2s, Heels to Heaven, Low Flutters, Cobra Crunch, all x 10, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Short on time, we descended to the Hanes Park playground where pax were instructed to resume their CMIYC partnerships.\u00a0 Partner A runs up the Intimidator to Carolina, partner B performs supine pullups AMRAP.\u00a0 Flip Flop.\u00a0 Then, gather at the circle at bottom of Intimidator for <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through\">3<\/span> 2 minutes of Mary (\u201cHey, I\u2019ve showered once this week.\u201d Palin) + 1 more trip up the Intimidator to Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Announcements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>F3 Holiday Party at Bar Nola, Friday, 12\/7.<\/li>\n<li>Reminder of the emergency contact Google Sheet (<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1z8sBhHcMcyjutMGR_Nls4aPBcTQ8KgebiJw-9Wpzvc4\/edit?gid=0#gid=0\">https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1z8sBhHcMcyjutMGR_Nls4aPBcTQ8KgebiJw-9Wpzvc4\/edit?gid=0#gid=0<\/a>). Prayers for their family were lifted up along with YHC\u2019s prayers of thankfulness for the men of F3 &amp; Palin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>NMM:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Walker got in an EC run of &gt;4 miles and took in Crossnore Trails along the way. He was apprehensive about his beloved Michigan\u2019s chances against OSU today, but hopefully that was a more pleasant surprise than running up Pilot View.\u00a0 Prayers for he and his family (M &amp; 3 kids) as they make the trek back to MI tomorrow.<\/li>\n<li>Lamb Chop made YHC aware pre-launch that pax counting in cadence was no longer a thing at IS. Evidence of this was to be had throughout the workout as pax repeatedly both miscounted and completely ignored counting altogether.<\/li>\n<li>As soon instructions for CMIFYC, Lamb Chop was fully engaged, inquiring if the dive bomber reps counted towards the November monthly challenge. Further Lamb Chop MC ensued when it was revealed that YHC had a micro-tear of his biceps from IPC 2024 Week #4 (Burpee Mania) that had been diagnosed in the prior week.\n<ul>\n<li>Drip: \u201cYou shouldn\u2019t have told him that.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Drip later: \u201cI thought you were smarter than that.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Drip much later: \u201cIt was stupid to tell him that.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Considerable conversation was given while we were at the tennis<\/li>\n<li>Spicoli showed up right on time as YHC was dispensing instructions for Hammer Time. Instruction time was prolonged by Frost Bite\u2019s mockery of a previous attempt of the routine at Urban Assault back in May.<\/li>\n<li>Mutton led the charge up Pilot View, pacing the pax. Good to see he\u2019s close to a full recovery from his toe surgery.<\/li>\n<li>Walker concurred that the revamped F3 Exicon website leaves much to be desired. It did, however, provide the Triple Pump Jump Squats, which proved to be a hit among the pax.<\/li>\n<li>Palin was verbally quiet this morning for most of our time together; his glutenous horns, however, were verbose at the appropriate (read: ALL) times.\n<ul>\n<li>Heads up to look for Palin to be driving around in the Subaru as both his Volvo and luxury straight-pipes truck are in rehab.
