Blue Steel has a job interview at Old Salem today (Wednesday). Pray for favor and wisdom\/discernment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nYHC took us out lifting up Blue Steel\u2019s job interview, expressing thankfulness for our blessings, including F3, and asking that we might be molded to serve our families and others.<\/p>\n
NMM:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Rudolph is the godfather of the premier evening workout in Winston-Salem and took his duties seriously, warmly welcoming & encouraging Bravo while providing a steady stream of MC throughout our time together. He complained about the amount of running involved; he wouldn\u2019t have liked the original plan at all which would have required a run through Dark Miller Park (and the inspiration for the backblast name).\u00a0 Alas, we\u2019ll expand the AO boundaries to St. Timothy\u2019s at some point.<\/li>\n
- Influencer is fast. YHC was left panting after chasing him around the track during round 2.\u00a0 Paging @chomper; we need to get this guy out to Redline.<\/li>\n
- Hot Dish is awesome, and it was great to meet him. He pushed hard throughout the beatdown.<\/li>\n
- Frostbite categorized YHC as more of a runner than a bootcamper, to which YHC took incredible <\/em>offense, particularly since YHC claims significant credit for helping Frostbite himself<\/em> morph into a runner!<\/li>\n
- YHC was so happy to see Blue Steel out. He\u2019s an inspiration to YHC and gave YHC an opportunity to talk with Bravo about resiliency and endurance of suffering.<\/li>\n
- Speaking of Bravo: YHC was so proud of the 2.0.\u00a0 There was a notable increase in his focus in exercising and decrease in his focus on the pain being experienced from recent posts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
It was an honor to lead, Frosty.\u00a0 I dropped the keys off at St. Tims.<\/p>\n
