The field was amazing \u2013 soft, well mowed, smooth, dry.\u00a0 Also painted with lines for soccer.\u00a0 YHC forgot his universally loved orange cones today so we had to use painted lines \u2013 I know, much more confusing than the cones.<\/p>\n

One end of the field perform 8 WWII, 12 merkins, 16 squats.<\/p>\n
Run to the other end of the field and perform 11 burpees<\/p>\n
Repeato this with decreasing burpees by one on each trip<\/p>\n
Pick up the 6 and move on to part 2 of the workout\u2026\u2026wait\u2026..it\u2019s 610.\u00a0 That\u2019s what I get by forgetting cones but we covered 1.97 miles, performed 96 WWII\u2019s, 144 merkins, 192 squats, and 66 burpees.<\/p>\n
Wait\u2026.we still have five minutes left \u2013 MARY \u2013 Freddy Merc\u2019s (or horizontal Imperial Walkers), Low flutter (or horizontal mosey), and \u2026\u2026\u2026.Hucks 3 merkins (total now to 147)<\/p>\n
