Doctor Give Me The News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>YHC has been diagnosed with Tricompartmental Osteoarthritis in his left knee due to an old football (and tennis) injury where he tore his ACL at age 15 and then his PCL at age 17.\u00a0 Now much older, the knee joint is \u201ctrashed\u201d which is the official diagnosis from Dr. David Pollack.\u00a0 Whereas he will eventually recommend a Total Knee Replacement, we are going to put that off for a while, so his current Rx is to \u201cstop running\u201d.\u00a0 So, YHC has an official doctor\u2019s excuse from running.\u00a0 To celebrate, we reloaded up a playlist of Doctor tunes, grabbed a sandbag and a couple of jump ropes and got after it this morning at Alcatraz.\u00a0 (Note that this workout had already been workshopped at Purgatory back in June, figured we could try it out on the WeFoCo inmates at River Oaks this morning)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH x20 IC<\/li>\n<li>Imperial Walkers x15 likely would have been there even if we were running.<\/p>\n<p>@ZiggyStardust apparently had to chug his White Claw before joining the warm-o-rama.\u00a0 @Dr.Toot was kind enough to pick up after @Ziggy left his crushed can in the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p>It was good partnering with @Draftee and the aforementioned @Dr.Toot on the sandbag this morning.<\/p>\n<p>@DramaQueen figured out the playlist
