Rolled up into the VI parking lot with the Site Q by my side. Per usual, we noticed how dark the parking lot was and thought about how good coffee would be.<\/p>\n
Pulled a little closer and the dreams of coffee faded.<\/p>\n
3 pre-runners were already out and another car was pulling in behind us.<\/p>\n

Warm-O-Rama:<\/strong><\/p>\n Recited the Mission Statement and 5 CP.. ( It was a little rusty, but got it all covered ).<\/p>\n SSH, IST\u2026.slight \u201cpause\u201d as the 3 runners joined us\u2026, Abe Vagoda, Whirly, Arm Swirly F&B, Moroccan Nightclub.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The THANG:<\/strong><\/p>\n Originally when I signed up to Q, I thought\u2026\u201d huh, 9-9-24\u2026that could be fun?\u201d Had a few thoughts in mind about different \u201cfun with 9\u2019s\u201d theme. Well, that went right out the window, probably due to procrastination.<\/p>\n So we did something completely different. But I did keep with the 9, 99, 90\u2019s ish theme for the playlist. So there\u2019s that\u2026<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The name of the game was going to be a ladder of sorts. But it was going to be an endless ladder, always moving up.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Start with:<\/p>\n 2 Burpees, 4 Merkins, 6 Air Squats, and 8 Bonnie Blairs ( Jumping Lunges \\ September challenge item ). Once complete, run to the end of the parking lot and back.<\/p>\n And then<\/em>___do it again, but double it.<\/p>\n 4 Burpees, 8 Merkins, 12 Air Squats and 16 Bonnie Blairs.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Rince and repeat until time.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n We did A LOT of rounds. I completely lost count on how many rounds we got in, but there were a lot of smiling faces ( I think ). Maybe not. Could have been the lack of oxygen. <\/p>\n And with 1:30 to spare, the Q called for\u2026.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mary:<\/strong><\/p>\n Quickly did some LBC\u2019s until 6:15. TIME.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n COT:<\/strong><\/p>\n Name-O-Rama.<\/p>\n Announcements: Spicoli has the Q at Mayhem on Wednesday. Climb to Remember is right after. ( Sign in at 6:00 am, climb begins at 6:30 ). Cruiser had the Q at Parliament tomorrow. You don\u2019t want to miss it!<\/em><\/p>\n Prayers: Mental health battles, Injured PAX, Unspoken Prayers.<\/p>\n YHC took us out.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n NMM:<\/strong><\/p>\n 3 runners ( Cowboy, 60, and Seaman ) came in hot! Looked like they were doing the 100 yard dash. And then they knocked out this workout. #BeastMode<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Spicoli shot me a message on Slack letting me know he would be there. My eyes don\u2019t work in the morning that well\u2026.I saw it after. He and Cruiser were out front most of the morning.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Crash was cruising through this one. Said at the beginning of the workout that he didn\u2019t get the memo about bringing a pick up truck to the workout.. LOL.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Schneider was not very happy with the Q about the Burpees\u2026.but we did get to chat briefly about the upcoming F3 Golf outing. ( Sign up guys!! It\u2019s on Slack )<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Lot\u2019s of great mumblechatter. Great group of men.<\/p>\n Very thankful to get to catch up with them this morning.<\/p>\n Thank you gentlemen for allowing me to lead.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n @cruiser I don\u2019t even know if VI had a set of keys.
