A last minute Substi Q allowed me to take the reigns from Boo Boo.<\/p>\n

We warmed up. Then the PAX was given a choice: Left, or Right. Toot, the wise wunderkind he is correctly deduced that Left meant Forsyth Street. So the PAX chose right!<\/p>\n

Mosey to the high school picnic benches for 7 layers of dip. 7, 8, 9, 10, 9, 8, 7 dips with 10 OYO Derkins, Merkins, Irkins, RL Steps, LL Steps, Jump Squats, WWII.<\/p>\n
Then we mosied up to the high school circle for a modified Dora. 100 Merkins, 200 Squats, 300 LBCs. For Merkins, we all ran at the 50 Merkin mark, for Squats 100, for LBCs, 150.<\/p>\n
Then we mosied back to start because the Q had to dip out early!<\/p>\n

It was a glorious morning getting to hear the wisdom of both Toot and Spicoli and diving deep into the second F. I like the workout, but I love the fellowship!<\/p>\n
