Having not posted in a few weeks YHC arrived a few minutes early to place a piece of cardboard and spend a few minutes stretching out. Time called we got after it.<\/p>\n<p>WARMORAMA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SSH IC<\/li>\n<li>Something YHC forgot IC<\/li>\n<li>Toy Soldiers IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>THE THANG<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to Reynolds Auditorium &#8211; Thank goodness Chit Chat started at Reynolds so Spicoli could guide us through the construction site and get us to the tunnel.<\/p>\n<p>One to the Auditorium we were able to take in the view of Downtown the cardboard was thrown down. PAX were instructed to complete all exercises on the cardboard for the prescribed number and then run a lap around the auditorium. We started at 3 and laddered up and back down &#8211; 3, 6, 9, 6, 3<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Merkins<\/li>\n<li>T-Rotations<\/li>\n<li>Carolina Dry Docks<\/li>\n<li>Pickle Pounders<\/li>\n<li>Monkey Humpers<\/li>\n<li>Mountain Climbers<\/li>\n<li>Burpees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Completed in record time we had a ten count and then the following for a bit of rest<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael Phelps<\/li>\n<li>Moroccan Night Clubs<\/li>\n<li>Overhead claps<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Surprised the pax with<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Burpees x 10<\/li>\n<li>Mountain Climbers x 11<\/li>\n<li>Monkey Humpers x 12<\/li>\n<li>Pickle Pounders x 13<\/li>\n<li>Carolina Dry Docks x 14<\/li>\n<li>T-Rotations x 15<\/li>\n<li>Merkins x 16<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to the launch<\/p>\n<p>MARY<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>American Hammers IC<\/li>\n<li>Heels to Heaven IC<\/li>\n<li>Alphabet Abs &#8211; All Caps OYO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FINISHED<\/p>\n<p>Announcements<\/p>\n<p>Samaritan Ministries is good for now but keep in mind for future volunteer. Same with Greenest<\/p>\n<p>Prayers<\/p>\n<p>Spicolis friend with legal issues. All those struggling with addiction. All the homeless<\/p>\n<p>YHC took us out<\/p>\n<p>Great group this morning and always a treat to go Conspiracy. No shortage of spots for a great beatdown at this AO. The PAX were jolly. Could be the weather or could have been the constellations. Either way there was no griping or grunting. This crowd ate it up, no crumbs left! Always an honor to lead.
