\nIS started slowly with 3 Pax at the beginning and 5 Pax at the end.\u00a0 In between, there was some work done.<\/p>\n
The Thang:<\/p>\n
Mosey CLOCKWISE (Sorry Spicoli) around the park.<\/p>\n
1st stop for warm-a-rama was the small area by the light at Hawthorne.\u00a0 We did a quick Side Straddle Hop to keep the blood flowing then 5 minutes of stretching.<\/p>\n
Stop #2 was near Reynolds Gym.\u00a0 We did not make it quite to the gym as the Dancing Boots were about, putting on a fund raiser.<\/p>\n
Stop # 2 was the first of 3 stops where a 12 minute Tabata would be initiated.<\/p>\n
4 exercises, 4 times, 12 minutes.<\/p>\n
First 4:\u00a0 Merkins, LBCs, Squats, Freddie Mercs.\u00a0 25 seconds on, 15 seconds of rest<\/p>\n
Stop #3 by the baseball back stop.\u00a0 Erkins, Mutton Crunches, Lunges, Low Flutter<\/p>\n
Stop # 4 at the playground.\u00a0 Reverse Rows on the swings, Alabama Prom Dates, Dips, Crunchy Frogs<\/p>\n
We finished with 2 minutes to spare and made our way back to the parking lot<\/p>\n
Special prayers for my niece as she deals with difficult news regarding her new born son.<\/p>\n
Really enjoyed leading these men.\u00a0 Great to have Trickle (Drip’s son) join us and hope to see him many times in the future.<\/p>\n
