    Despite being the newly minted Site-Q for Parliament YHC has found himself out of town more<\/div>\n
    often than not on Tuesdays over the past several weeks and has otherwise been relatively asleep<\/div>\n
    at the wheel. #Goofy sent a shout out last night, inquiring as to a Pre-Blast. Alas, YHC left his<\/div>\n
    Parliament Q spreadsheet at the office and was inexcusably ignorant regarding who was to carry<\/div>\n
    the torch. In any event, YHC went to bed with an uneasy feeling. YHC awoke at 0345 hours<\/div>\n
    with a premonition that he needed to be ready to carry the load, a premonition that proved to be<\/div>\n
    prescient as an unnamed (yet already forgiven) Q fartsacked. [HINT: Rhymes with Lingers] In<\/div>\n
    any event, YHC quickly conceived of a workout that would take the PAX on a tour of the<\/div>\n

    STATION # 1: The PAX mosey to the metal picnic tables in front of Southwest Elementary for <\/span><\/div>\n
    the first stop on our tour, where the following exercises were performed:<\/div>\n

    STATION # 2: Departing the picnic tables, the PAX moseyed to the far side of the front of the <\/span><\/div>\n
    school, where we grabbed some wall. The following good times ensued:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    STATION # 3: Carrying a lantern in each hand, YHC attempted to serve as some sort of bell <\/span><\/div>\n
    cow as we moseyed, seemingly aimlessly, down the connecting road toward West Forsyth High<\/div>\n
    School. YHC was in search of a rock pile that he knew was there somewhere, something that<\/div>\n
    proved hard as heck to find in the dark. After proceeding about a quarter mile, we found them.<\/div>\n
    Grabbing a rock in each hand, the PAX performed the following:<\/div>\n

    As we were performing these exercises, the PAX had to flee for our lives as two school buses<\/div>\n
    came slowly barreling down the road. [We weren\u2019t in any real danger. However, it seemed far<\/div>\n
    more exciting\/dangerous to me as I imagined that Karla was behind the wheel]<\/div>\n

    STATION # 4: YHC led the PAX back up the road and around to the rear of the school to <\/span><\/div>\n
    Hank\u2019s Hill. The PAX did not seem to want to venture to the bottom of the hill. They had good<\/div>\n
    reason to be alarmed, as we partnered up and finished up as follows:<\/div>\n
    Partner # 1 performs the exercise while Partner # 2 runs\/walks backwards up Hank\u2019s Hill and<\/div>\n
    jogs back down to relieve Partner # 1, then Flapjack:<\/div>\n

    Quads screaming, the PAX departed Dear Old Hank\u2019s Hill and moseyed around the school back<\/div>\n
    to the parking lot for Mary, completing our circumnavigation of Southwest Elementary. [For a<\/div>\n
    non-running AO, we notched about 1.5 miles. Not too shabby]<\/div>\n

    \uf0b7 At the outset of the Warmarama, YHC sensed a lot of whining and complaining. YHC <\/span><\/div>\n
    ordered that the PAX replace this total lack of motivation with at least a modicum of<\/div>\n
    false motivation. The PAX delivered.<\/div>\n
    \uf0b7 Sour Mash expressed his disgust with YHC regarding our aimlessly running a <\/span><\/div>\n
    considerable distance to the rock pile, when perfectly good bricks were readily available<\/div>\n
    in a much more convenient location. YHC shook off this criticism, instead growing<\/div>\n
    increasingly concerned with the oncoming buses.<\/div>\n
    \uf0b7 The fear inculcated by the buses, whether justified or not, was dwarfed by the fear caused<\/span><\/div>\n
    by a car barreling seemingly out of control through the parking lot as the PAX were<\/div>\n
    involved with Mary. 1040EZ bravely offered to throw himself under the car to save the<\/div>\n
    PAX. Thankfully, his sacrifice was not necessary.<\/div>\n
    <\/div>\n

    \uf0b7 Boomerang took us out, giving thanks for the day, the weather, and the ability for all of us<\/span><\/div>\n
    to encourage and support one another, and asking our Lord to work through us to spread<\/div>\n
