DORA 100, 200, 300 and 400 was on tap for today. Grab a partner for 100 Merkins, 200 Curls, 300 OH Presses and 400 Squats.<\/p>\n
While Partner 1 starts exercise, Partner 2 runs the width of the parking and back. Flip flop until all exercise are completed-1000 total reps.<\/p>\n
Head back to start stopping at the wall for 10 wall sits down the line followed by 10 Mike Tysons down the line while the PAX remains in a wall sit.<\/p>\n
Back for Mary consisting of Mutton Crunches, LBC’s, Penguin Crunches and APD’s.<\/p>\n
