Sun was just starting to peek out, couple of cars already parked with more coming in. It was going to be a &#8220;fun&#8221; start to the week. For the preblast I had promised something about trips around the sun and more fun with circles. Let&#8217;s see what we could come up with.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Greetings and salutations&#8230;Mission Statement, 5 Core Principles&#8230;.Nailed it.<\/p>\n<p>And then, on to the 6th core principle. Imperial Storm Troopers! &#8221; Wait&#8230;what? &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Hey, it&#8217;s a democracy and the Q Abides.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IST, SSH, Abe Vagoda ( Insert another PAX at this point. 60 Minutes came trotting in after an EC Run ), Whirly w. Clap, Arm Swirlies F&amp;B, Plank-A-Thon \\ Stretchy stretch, Plank Jacks&#8230;.done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On to the main event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The THANG:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plan was <em>pretty<\/em> simple. Someone told me I needed to start running more ( cough cough, 60 Minutes. &#8220;Ragnar is coming soon&#8221;. ) So we were going to do a little this morning.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey down to pull up bars.<\/p>\n<p>Do 5 Pull Ups. ( First round, all PAX stay together )<\/p>\n<p>Mosey around track stopping \u00bc of the way at each pain point.<\/p>\n<p>1<sup>st<\/sup> Pain point = 10 Merkins<\/p>\n<p>2<sup>nd<\/sup> Pain point = 10 WWII\u2019s<\/p>\n<p>3<sup>rd<\/sup> Pain point = 10 Up-Downs<\/p>\n<p>4<sup>th<\/sup> Pain point = 10 Squats<\/p>\n<p><em>Repeato. <\/em>( OYO )<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once completed, start back at 1<sup>st<\/sup> base on baseball field.<\/p>\n<p>Sprint ( full speed ) to the middle of the track \\ soccer field area. ( Crowd pleaser )<\/p>\n<p>Do 45 Monkey Humpers.<\/p>\n<p>Sprint back.<\/p>\n<p><em>Repeato.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Head over to the tables for some 7 Layer Dip Work.<\/p>\n<p>Dips, Dirkins, Dips, Left Leg Step Up, Dips, Right Leg Step Ups, Dips, Irkins, Dips, &#8230;.we did a few more, so it was technically more than 7 layers. Oh well.<\/p>\n<p>Slow Mosey ( AKA.. You guys killed it!<\/p>\n<p>Thank you so much for showing up. Each day, each week&#8230;month and year. It is appreciated and needed more than you will ever know.<\/p>\n<p>So much great mumble chatter this morning. I opted for the no music, partly because I didn&#8217;t want to have to drag that big speaker all the way down to the track and I dig being able to catch up with all the PAX during the workout.<\/p>\n<p>You guys were crushing it this morning. 60 was trying, multiple times, to EH a random Sad Clown to join us. Dude shut him down. Not sure why? Bunch of guys dressed in dark clothing, at 0 Dark thirty&#8230;talking about circles of different types? Oh well&#8230;Always be closing.<\/p>\n<p>Stickers were delivered and handed out.<\/p>\n<p>Personal hygiene preferences were discussed. Cologne at workouts? Whatever makes you happy. Crest is highly encourged over Tom&#8217;s. <em>Hippy wives..<\/em><\/p>\n<p>All agreed that running sucks.<\/p>\n<p>And too much more to remember. All Gold!<\/p>\n<p>Cheers men.
