It had been a while since I had been to Mayhem. Love this spot, no idea why I have been missing it here lately. #Lazy, #Excuses, #FartSacking…. Well none of that today! Let’s go.<\/p>\n
Warm-O-Rama:<\/strong> Off to the races!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The THANG:<\/strong><\/p>\n Well, since it was the 24th day of the month, and because were are a very original bunch, the number 24 would come into play “a few times” this morning.<\/p>\n Part 1: Run up to Pull Up Bars and then……<\/p>\n Part 2: Run to Hill To NoWhere ( Yes…some PAX did this. But, NO…we were not running up that godforsaken hill this morning. #Q Brownie Points )<\/p>\n and then……<\/p>\n Part 3: Run to Playground \\ Swingset and then…….<\/p>\n Part 4: Run back to Main Parking Lot ( Grab a rock ) and finally……<\/p>\n Part 5: Finish with DORA ( We only got to the Hillbillies. Pretty much continued doing these until time…..)<\/p>\n TIME.<\/p>\n COT:<\/strong><\/p>\n Announcements:<\/p>\n WIB and Parliament are looking for Q’s. Check Slack. \nPartner Up. Do 40 Burpees as a team ( together ! )
\nTHEN, both partners Bear Crawl half way down the
\nlot, High Knee the rest of the way. Backwards run
\nback to start line.
\nTHEN….regular style DORA \\ P1 Runs, P2 Exercise.
