With recently having received the keys to #Conspiracy as Site Q, YHC figured that he\u2019d better put himself on the roster to Q or there would be a full out mutiny…today was the day. Let\u2019s be clear, YHC is still new to F3 (3 months BAY-BEEEEEE!<\/em>) and has never, like EVER<\/i>, led a workout. So, why not just go for it? YHC will be Qing the first #Conspiracy beatdowns of each month in Q2 – We don\u2019t wake up for easy.<\/p>\n

15 PAX braved impending thunderstorms to get taken to the park by YHC. @Rustbucket (WD) @Van.Gough @Cruiser @Bevo @Turnover @Drip @ChickFlick (WB) @Wobegon @Frostbite @DrPhil @$5Footlong @Pearl (Pittsboro PAX) @Schlitz @Palin & YHC (QIC). Only one PAX got scared by the rain and ran home early.<\/p>\n

YHC welcomed everyone at Launch and read the Mission Statement, Core Principles, and Motto. Immediately the MC started – something about not reading it perfectly, but hey, at least YHC didn\u2019t say \u201cfor small men<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hanes Park has a myriad of opportunities for PAX to push themselves. Today\u2019s beatdown focused on utilizing the playground.<\/p>\n

The weinke presented the following beatdown:<\/p>\n

50 WW2s (Don\u2019t forget those 10 at the end of the lap!)<\/p>\n

60 Shoulder Taps (Each Shoulder)<\/p>\n

70 Bulgarian Split Squats (Each Leg)<\/p>\n

80 Peter Parkers<\/p>\n

90 Dips<\/p>\n

100 Fast Feet<\/p>\n

Go down the Slide<\/p>\n

Pick up the 6<\/p>\n

YHC recognizes that not everyone has the same set of resources (time, energy, strength, willpower, etc), so an option was presented to forego the laps, etc.<\/p>\n

Cash Out: 750 WW2s<\/p>\n

After more MC everyone decided they would apply their resources to the exercises on the weinke.<\/p>\n

With about 7 minutes to go, YHC noticed that all PAX were within striking distance of the slide. The Mary was skipped (but there really IS<\/em> something about Mary) so that everyone could decide if they were going to push it or not. You v. You.<\/p>\n

In all, all 15 PAX completed the beatdown just in time. If you\u2019ve never seen 15 PAX climb up playground equipment to a two-story high slide and then get shot out of the tube into a light rain, then you haven\u2019t lived.<\/p>\n

PAX earned 160 WW2s to start off this month\u2019s challenge – good work, boys!<\/p>\n
