We all kept it super simple and effective. Stayed together and had good mumble chatter. Started with the basics-<\/p>\n<p>SSH\/ WORLEY\/ ABE\/ CHERRY PIES<\/p>\n<p>THE THANG-<\/p>\n<p>Easy mode-grab a block and line up on the parking lines.<\/p>\n<p>Ten of each called workout, then run to the last line and run back backwards.<\/p>\n<p>10 curls<\/p>\n<p>run<\/p>\n<p>20 curls<\/p>\n<p>run<\/p>\n<p>30 curls then repeat for every exercise.<\/p>\n<p>skull crushers\/ overhead press\/ goblet squats\/ kettle swings\/ ww2\/ merkins\/ side to side merkins. We ran out of time and missed doing bent over row and blockies.<\/p>\n<p>made it back to launch just in time for 30 low flutters and time. Good work by all! Light complaining!
