After a nice stretch the Pax ventured to the hill between Fair Witness and Barcelona Burger Bar.\u00a0 (The spot was pre-approved via text by Spicoli at 5:20.) Here we knocked out a nice ladder of elevens with Hand Release Burpees and Up Hill WWIIs. After Lamb Chop chose the route, we moseyed to the Coal Pit where Burns suggested we partner up and do a Dora with 400 Side Straddle Hops and 10 hand release merkins at the end of the Pit.\u00a0 Schlitz chose to finish up the workout with an extended Mary instead of the regarding YHC\u2019s nicely prepared pull up heavy Weinke .\u00a0 (YHC will pull that one out at another time.) After heading back to launch, the long way, we finished up with a 12 minute Mary tabata.<\/p>\n
Prayers for Undertow\u2019s family with his uncle\u2019s passing, the Dixon family, and for F&B as he builds his counseling practice in W-S, (See Slack)<\/p>\n
