YHC had invited any interested Pax to mosey to Sherwood with me, and lo and behold, D-Day actually did it! \u00a0It was nice having a jogging buddy that didn\u2019t mind my slower pace. Zima also ran in, and 5 more joined and after a few minutes we got started on time with Warmarama: \u00a0SSH, Imp W, Abe V, Whirlies, Cherry Pies fwd and backwards, Y-flies, Mike Phelps, one long stretchy squat. To the basketball court for Drip\u2019s favorite Merkin Madness: 10 merkins, bear crawl to midcourt, 9 merkins, bear crawl back to end line, etc, bear crawl each time down to 1 merkin at midcourt. Then Lunge Lunacy (Zima had PERFECT form \ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\ude06): \u00a0same idea with 10 jump squats, lunge walk to end line, 9 jump squats, lunge walk to midcourt, etc down to 1. Then to playground for 3 rounds of 10 pull-ups or chin-ups and 30 LBC. 10 standing dips OYO on parallel bars. Then to bus parking lot for Dora 1, 2 (no time for 3 \ud83d\ude03): \u00a0partners did 100 merkins and 200 squats. Then to wall for Wall Ball Crawl (BTTW position and hand walk about 18 feet) and on back to Start for Mary: \u00a0lo-flutter, Mutton crunch, box cutter, Amer hammer, LBC, and 3 crowd pleasing Huckleberry merkins and DONE.
\nOnly a few complaints. As usual, Zima calling out YHC about form doing lunges \ud83d\ude44, and it may have been Lambchop that replied \u201cmaybe YOU are!\u201d when Pax were directed to Wall Ball Crawl (blame Greenspan). Otherwise a cheerful bunch of HIM just crushing what YHC thought was a tough beatdown. \ud83e\udd75
\nYHC took us out with prayer of gratitude and a reminder to self to be open to giving through our actions and receiving God\u2019s love.
