Now the fun begins. \u00a0The Pax made 6 trips up Education Hill. \u00a0Sprinting on the odd numbers and bear crawling on the oven numbers. \u00a0At the top of the hill, one exercise was executed before jogging back down the hill and waiting for the six. \u00a06 exercises: \u00a0Burpees x 10, Mike Tysons x 10, Airclaps x 40, Derkins with feet against the wall x 10, Plank jacks x 20, Squats x 20.<\/p>\n
Mosey to the chin up bars. \u00a04 Pax executed burpee pull ups (x10) while the remaining pax did wall sits, low flutters and LBCs. \u00a0This was a real crowd pleaser.<\/p>\n
Mosey to the benches for 4 layers of dip.<\/p>\n
7, 2 count dips followed by: Erkins x 7, Derkins x 7, Squats x 10, Merkins x 7<\/p>\n
Mosey tot he playground where the Pax splint in two. \u00a0One group performed Reverse Rows on the swing set while the other half ran one lap around the playground. \u00a0It was so much fun we did it 3 times.<\/p>\n
Mosey to the top of the steps below The Intimidator for 5 minutes of group Mary.<\/p>\n

It was a great morning to be out and the Pax accomplished a lot in a short time.<\/p>\n
Special welcome to Heizenberg from the Cape Fear region and FNG The Deuce who is Snap Chats younger brother. \u00a0Apparently Snap changed a few diapers, ergo the name.<\/p>\n
