The #AOChallenge was a great idea and helped reconnect some PAX to brothers whom they had not seen in a while. Great idea, @TotalRecall, and great execution by the PAX.<\/p>\n
Now<\/strong> it is time for an outwardly-focused<\/em> challenge for the next couple of months: The FNG Challenge.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Why: To help other men find at least a little of what we have found in F3.<\/p>\n Who: All PAX who can communicate in any manner (that’s all of you) AND all males in the W-S metro market (potential FNGs).<\/p>\n What: A contest to see who can bring the most FNGs to F3WS workouts.<\/p>\n When: Starting Sept 1 and ending Oct 31.<\/p>\n Where: Any F3 workout in Forsyth County that includes a name-o-rama.<\/p>\n How: Keep track of your own invitations that result in an FNG getting an F3 “handle” and post them on Twitter with the tag #FNGChallenge.\u00a0 If two PAX invite an FNG, they each get credit for 0.5, and so on.\u00a0 That is, each FNG causes a total of 1 — no more or less — split by the number of “invitors” who finally got him to his first workout.\u00a0 So after your FNG has posted and received a name, feel free to tweet something like “@F3WinstonSalem\u00a0 That’s a total of 3 for YHC so far in the #FNGChallenge”.<\/p>\n Why (AGAIN): To give a little of what you have been given.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n SYITG with an FNG!!<\/p>\n All 3 Fs,<\/p>\n Burlap<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" The #AOChallenge was a great idea and helped reconnect some PAX to brothers whom they had not seen in a while.
