6 Big Boys gathered at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center parking lot on the corner of Peacehaven and Lewisville-Clemmons Road.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

There were 3 options presented:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  1. Run the loop around the medical center (all the way to “Allegacy Way”) – that’s about .75 miles, so you will need to do the loop multiple times to get your miles in; upside – this route is very flat<\/li>\n
  2. Run up Knob Hill to Springfield Village Lane and back – that’s about 2.5 miles; downside – lots of hills<\/li>\n
  3. Run up Knob Hill to Springfield Village Lane and then make the two loops on Springfield Village Lane and Brook Stone Dr TWICE and back – that’ll make about 4.5mi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    Most PAX chose a combination of options 1 & 2.<\/p>\n

    • It was dark, humid, and misty. Perfect running conditions. Everyone was safe in their reflective gear.<\/li>\n
