Early and Cold but feels good for a beatdown for my VQ at Parliament.\u00a0 \u00a0It was the year of our Lord January 23, 2024 and the air was extra crisp with excitement and anticipation for what was to come.\u00a0 I concocted this scheme to try to close the distance on the Merkin Challenge with Lamb Chop.\u00a0 I will be missing 2-3 Days at the end of this week and needed to make up some ground.\u00a0 The exercises below are actually a rest break between the Merkins.\u00a0 As the Merkins progressed they obviously got harder.\u00a0 The first 100 were not bad.\u00a0 The last 100 were terrible.<\/p>\n

    Finished.\u00a0 600 Merkins.\u00a0 We got finished just in time to have our COT.\u00a0 Prayers for the (2) Navy Seals who are believed deceased off the coast of Somalia, Aging parents, and for two new candidates for our presidential race coming up.\u00a0 All in all it was a good, solid workout.\u00a0 Now the question is, how will these arms feel tomorrow.\u00a0 Only time will tell.<\/p>\n
