YHC was looking ahead in December and saw that Impossible Situation fell on my birthday so Happy B-day to Me! And You if you showed to but instead of cake and presents, you got Merkins.<\/p>\n

It was a cold clear morning at 21 degrees but felt like 13. Hawt!<\/p>\n

YHC showed up a few minutes before launch and only 2 cars we’re in the parking lot. One of those was Palin and then I saw him get his 3-year-old son out. I knew it was on! Lambchop and eventually Drip joined the fun. So we got at it.<\/p>\n

So the merkin count started at 20 after warmarama. We made our way over to the bottom of the intimidator and were about to start blimps when it was apparent that Yukon wasn’t going to make it. So rather than break up the whole band without taking the birthday picture, we all moseyed back to the start, took a picture together, and Palin took his 2.0 home. We love you Iron Hamster!<\/p>\n

Our number down to three, we went back to the Intimidator:<\/p>\n

BLIMPS up and down\u00a0 intimidator. Pretty simple: 5-10-15-20-25-30, the key was each set equaled 20 Merkins. We started at the bottom with the first set and hit Carolina, Private Drive, Jersey, Glade on the was up. Then Jersey, Private Drive, Carolina, and the bottom to finish off 9 sets putting us at 200 (180+20)<\/p>\n

Mosey to Playground<\/p>\n

The Plan: Bear crawl three sidewalk spaces and do 10 Merkins, all the way around the playground.\u00a0 After the 3rd time of doing 3 spaces, Q called an OMAHA and moved it to 5 spaces.\u00a0 Then we transitioned to Lunge Walk.\u00a0 After getting through our first loop Lambchop suggested that we “pad our stats” by getting 500 merkins before the end of the workout.\u00a0 Challenge accepted.<\/p>\n

So us three morons were shoulder to shoulder and going around the playground,\u00a0 for 25 minutes getting in an extra couple hundred pushups.<\/p>\n

Lat pulls on swings: 20 then stretch, 15 then stretch, 10 then stretch<\/p>\n

Mosey back to start for 10 more Merkins for a total of 510!<\/p>\n

YHC gave praise for F3 and the accountability and friendships it has brought into my life.\u00a0 No real words of wisdom on my birthday but so grateful for time getting out of my comfort zone with friends.<\/p>\n
