So today seems to be the last day of the AO challenge and with that TR came all the way out to storm the Village with us this morning! \u00a0It was a great morning of all 3 F’s and it went something like this.<\/p>\n

We then did some work on the benches with Irkins and Dips<\/p>\n
Wall sit on the way to the track with jack reachers<\/p>\n
Went to the track for a lap with pull ups and dips at the playground x 2<\/p>\n
More squats in the shelter<\/p>\n
Went back to the wall for people’s chair with seal claps<\/p>\n
Lost site Q at the point for Daddy duty, strong work today!<\/p>\n

I really just want to put talk to TR here as he was like the principle on the first day of school with all of his, but I will do my best to list them all.<\/p>\n
1)Lunch bunch at The Porch<\/p>\n
2)Happy hour this Friday at Fiddlin Fish 16:30-until you stop drinking on Lysols dime.<\/p>\n
3) Monday 19:30 for FF draft at foothills. Don’t have to play, you can just come and make fun of Kirk Cousins getting picked 1st in the draft<\/p>\n
