YHC took us out thanking Him for the ability to get after it today and asking for the resolve and discernment to BE the examples for those around us.<\/p>\n

Flatline is one of YHCs favorite AOs in all of F3WS. It’s been a while since I had made it out, but I was extremely pumped to be back and for the opportunity to lead.<\/p>\n
@Rubber Ducky and @Gold Watch were the first to arrive. @Gold Watch made it known that today was by far the coldest beatdown he had posted for. As a fellow hater of cold weather, I was deeply appreciative of this.<\/p>\n
Shortly after, @Zima, @Cherry Pie, and @Spicoli roll in…all on time!! @Spicoli even reached out to YHC last night to give a heads up he may be late. It was the highest honor to see him roll in pre-launch.<\/p>\n
While the lap around the 1st Pres Lot was built into YHCs plan for the day, @Zima wondered aloud why we were still doing it if @Spicoli was already there\/on time. As most of you know, YHC is not a quick thinker, and deviating from the plan was never an option.<\/p>\n
It didn’t take us long to dive head first into the realm of downright weird and inappropriate (@Rubber Ducky was there, so like…what do you expect??).<\/p>\n
@Rubber Ducky apparently led an outrageously difficult New Years Day beatdown at #TIT yesterday, and made sure we all knew about it. He and Zima kept complaining (shocking, I know) about how sore they were from it. YHC then responded with something like “I don’t want to hear it. I went on a 2 mile hike with 4 kids aged 7 and younger yesterday and that is, at minimum, equal to whatever tomfoolery you guys did yesterday”. @RD half-heartedly conceded the point, but @Zima took the opportunity to advise YHC to stop having kids. Noted, buddy. Freaking noted.<\/p>\n
@RD then inquired, naturally, about YHC’s…..”future ability to conceive”. I could go into further detail, but I’m currently at odds with the FBI agent who monitors my online activity, so I’m not going to give him the satisfaction of detailing the rest of the conversation.<\/p>\n
The rest of our MC between the wall and the church parking lot consisted of a mix of Spartan races, nursing injuries, and the questionable form of unnamed PAX not in attendance.<\/p>\n
Let it be known that everyone loved the Suicide\/Merkin station, but @Cherry Pie voiced his displeasure with the Q after I announced we wouldn’t have enough time to get thru the full 5 rounds. “That’s just poor planning.” Indeed, good sir. More to come on this.<\/p>\n
As mentioned above, we arrived back at launch to find @F&B waiting for us. A quick intro all around and then he jumped right in for MARY.<\/p>\n
Speaking of which, allow me to introduce our former FNG James Wise, now affectionately known as @Frank&Beans<\/p>\n
F&B moved to Winston like 2 weeks ago (!!) and F3 was recommended to him by a friend in Texas.<\/p>\n
YHC dropped the ball and didn’t get the biographical details on a recording, but we’ll jump into how F&B got his name:<\/p>\n
