Today was YHC’s first Q in a while. I was eager to deliver a beatdown that would challenge those who decided to attend. Let’s check it out:<\/p>\n

YHC showed up a little too late to put out the cardboard pieces at the identified stations, so we began the beatdown with a quick mosey around the ROCC parking lot so YHC could place the aforementioned cardboard<\/p>\n
Cherry Pie, never one to complain or lollygag, voiced his confusion with what exactly we were doing and when the real work would begin. Soon enough, sir.<\/p>\n
Mosey back to Station 1 to begin….<\/p>\n
The THANG<\/p>\n
On each piece of cardboard, there were 3 exercises: 2 that the PAX would complete in ascending reps per round, and 1 that would be the same # of reps at each station<\/p>\n
PAX were to complete the first 2 exercises on the cardboard with reps of 7 for first round, 14 for second round, and 21 for third round and complete the 3rd exercise (Burpees) with 10 reps of each at each station<\/p>\n

Pod 2 (Road Apple, Drano , Crash)<\/p>\n
Pod 1 completed 5 full rounds<\/p>\n
Pod 2 completed 4 full rounds<\/p>\n
For those keeping score at home, that’s at minimum 147 reps of each exercise for Pod 2, 161 reps of each exercise for Pod 1….120 (!!) burpees for Pod 2, and 150 (!!!) burpees for Pod 1<\/p>\n
After the completion of the final round, we circled up for MARY<\/p>\n

YHC took us out asking Him for wisdom and discernment to be the best husbands, fathers, family members, and friends we can be.<\/p>\n

Road Apple and Drano got in an EC run where they both noticed a higher number of shooting stars than usual. Apparently there is a meteor shower happening last night and tonight.<\/p>\n
As mentioned on Slack, the intent for today was for #Distillery to converge with #WIB….alas there were no Distillery regulars (or its Site Q) to be found. Sad.<\/p>\n
Much of the conversation in Pod 1 today revolved around homebrewed alcohol, duck hunting spots, and a shared disdain for burpees.<\/p>\n
Cherry Pie, the PAX that YHC would likely name as “Most Likely to Love Burpees the Most” in all of F3WS, was quoted this morning as saying “Ugh, more burpees?? Dangit!”. #MissionAccomplished<\/p>\n
At one point, Pod 1 and Pod 2 crossed paths and Crash announced that he and the rest of Pod 2 were “exercising their 2nd F muscles”. To which CP replied: “No lollygaggin’, Crash!”. Classic CP, and agreed.<\/p>\n
Van Gogh was a beast all morning, and ever the practical thinker, decided to replace some of his burpees with stretching. Genius move. YHC tucked that idea away for later. As always: You vs You. Strong work, VG.<\/p>\n
Dr. Toot was locked in the entire time. Only briefly coming up for air to voice his frustrations with the number of burpees we had to do. After that, he was back to work. #beast<\/p>\n
Can’t thank everyone enough for posting. You guys encourage and push me to do stupid stuff like this that I wouldn’t do on my own. Very thankful.<\/p>\n
Thanks for the keys, Toot. I dropped them somewhere in the ROCC parking lot around 0550 when I lost all usage of my arms.<\/p>\n
