10 PAX meandered their way through a more-confusing-than-it-looks parking lot for Run n Gun early Monday morning.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>On your feet for monkey humpers (been a while for that one) & side lunges
\n<\/span>On your six for American hammers & crunchy frogs<\/span><\/p>\n

Mutton, Burlap, and Glazer blazed the trail. They left early but I\u2019m starting to wonder why – I felt like I ran a pretty fast pace but not only never caught them but never even saw them until we got back to the parking lot.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bam ran in and out, going for the extra mileage. You training for something there, Bam? I feel like you always have something on your radar.<\/span><\/p>\n

I left with Bueller, Juicebox, \u2018Bout Time, and Sunjoy, and while coming up the hill into Wake, I saw someone coming up from behind. I waited for the unknown PAX and was overjoyed when I recognized Turnover\u2019s familiar voice calling my name. I had the privilege of running the rest of the way back with him – so great talking with him and getting a life update\u2026that is, until he started giving me a hard time for pointing out my notorious tendency to plan routes that run up as many hills as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

I played a variation of my favorite Christmas songs during the Gun. One PAX expressed their surprise when, at the end, \u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You\u201d came on. Unfortunately, the workout ended and we never got to hear the full song (which was actually the trap version).<\/span><\/p>\n

There was much discussion in the Gun circle of recent football games, like FSU getting left out of the top 4, though Bam accepted Georgia\u2019s exclusion with grace (\u201cThey blew their shot.\u201d). Freaking Auburn and 4th-and-31!<\/span><\/p>\n

Turnover\u2019s 7-year old son is awaiting the glorious return of Cam Newton to quarterback the Carolina Panthers and is confused why it hasn\u2019t happened yet. Being a fan of football (or basketball) teams that are only good once every 10 years is hard, little man (said YHC, a life-long WFU fan).<\/span><\/p>\n
