F3 Conspiracy 11.15.23<\/span><\/p>\n

10 PAX assembled to find out if the Truth is Out There and wondered if YHC would make it to the AO on time.\u00a0 It was a clear #Conspiracy that YHC was there 3 minutes early.\u00a0 Possible Time Travel was in effect.<\/span><\/p>\n

Commencing with pleasantries, we began:<\/span><\/p>\n

We did a quick ring of fire with merkins going from 1 to 3 back to 1.\u00a0 Fun for all.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next 3-man grinder, of sorts.\u00a0 Since we had 8, YHC started to suggest something that was messy when the Brains of the Operation, @Burns, suggested just adding a station so there would be a pair at each one.\u00a0 GENIUS!<\/span><\/p>\n

*4-man grinder:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

10 of each:\u00a0 Mike Tysons, copperhead squats, Freddy Mercury DC; wherever you left off, pick up at next station<\/span><\/p>\n

Burpee mile: 5 to start then 5 burpees after running each distance: 100m-200m-300m-400m-300m-200m-100m<\/span><\/p>\n
