We used the Exicon to spell his name, ED O BREWER. But we had an FNG, so recitation of MS and CP\u2019s led into Warmarama: \u00a0SSH, Imp Walkers, Abe V, Whirlies, arm swirls, Y-flies, Mike Phelps, CH squats, then one last deep squat. Ready for spelling!<\/p>\n
Moved to the brick planter for Erkin Derkin ladder. \u00a010 of ea, counted down to 1 of each, with 5 WWII\u2019s after each pair. Was New Year\u2019s Eve 2014-15. \u00a0With his wife of 62 years, champagne on his lips, after a good day of chores, woodworking, riding his stationary bike, his last words were \u201cChampagne\u2019s not really my favorite thing to drink.\u201d \u00a0Massive heart attack. \u00a0Gone instantly. \u00a0No cancer, no dementia, no nursing home, no chronic illnesses\u2026in short, the way anyone would choose to go. \u00a0A life well lived and a lovely death. \u00a0RIP Dad \u2764\ufe0f<\/p>\n Ranger merkins x 15 IC<\/span><\/p>\n 43 Pull-ups alt w Al Gore while resting<\/span><\/p>\n Baseball F3 style since Dad coached Little League for 12 years:<\/span><\/p>\n Divided into 4 mostly equal teams for<\/p>\n 100 burpees at home plate<\/span><\/p>\n 100 merkins at 1st base<\/span><\/p>\n 200 squats at 2nd<\/span><\/p>\n 300 LBC\u2019s at 3rd<\/p>\n All did all the bases. Boomerang took us out with a nice prayer for aging parents, gratitude for our blessings, and help with being the best men we can be.<\/p>\n NMM<\/p>\n Bam and D-Day ran a 5K before 7a with a Wake senior who was in the process of drinking a fifth of alcohol. No one was sure why he would do that but apparently it\u2019s a tradition of some recent vintage. \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2642\ufe0f<\/p>\n Crawdad is already in great shape. He smashed his first F3 workout.<\/p>\n Bam schooled YHC that what I thought was Erkins while spelling \u201cEd Brewer\u201d and needing 3 E\u2019s is really Irkins for Incline Merkins.
