If with crate, reps x 129.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through\">Overhead Press<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Romanian Deadlifts (downhill, single-count)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>0610:\u00a0 Return the milk crates, I-Beam, and lone coupon to their resting places.\u00a0 Mosey home for a few minutes of Mary:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cobra Crunch (IC) x 20<\/li>\n<li>Huck\u2019s 3 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Freddie Mercs (IC) x 20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Time.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>NMM:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ducky, as a good site-Q, sent YHC a reminder DM on Sunday about the Q-bligations; it\u2019s a good thing as YHC did not have it on the family calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Cherry Pie was on CP time, but on two-wheels, not in the Pilot. He was exceptionally aggressive in his chatter this morning; bond markets in Asia must not have had a great day.<\/li>\n<li>Windshield Wipers (admittedly, it\u2019s been a while) were a source of great confusion and consternation, even among the usually compliant (side-eyeing Huck). YHC has a foggy memory of a Zima Q at the old Outhouse in the IPC heyday where we brought our own coupons and performed Windshield Wipers after Burpee Block Jumps.<\/li>\n<li>The F3 stamped coupons stationed behind the dumpsters were commandeered! We found one outside a classroom, but the rest are MIA.\u00a0 This disrupted plans a little bit on the curls and OH press plans.\u00a0 Fortunately (irony), each coupon had been replaced by a milk crate 1\/50<sup>th<\/sup> the weight and a single I-beam, which did prove useful for the creative types.\n<ul>\n<li>Bevo kept asking what we were going to use the crates for; when informed that they would be for the windshield wipers, a very exasperated Bevo exclaimed: \u201cThat\u2019s the <em>only<\/em> thing we\u2019re going to use the crates for?!?!\u201d YHC was anticipating being able to use the coupons for curls, OH presses and Windshield Wipers, but no dice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Bevo was absolutely flying on the runs. The weather was very comfortable, but the wind chill generated by Bevo cooled everyone down.<\/li>\n<li>Someone (Lamb Chop) asked, \u201cAre we still celebrating your birthday?\u201d Someone else (also Lamb Chop) said, \u201cA Greenspan Q never lets me down.\u201d\n<ul>\n<li>Lamb Chop was exceptionally lost on the Windshield Wipers, performing something that strongly resembled a Bus Driver&#8230;.with the egg crate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Green Acres and Bruin, two stud war daddies, met for the first time at TIT this morning.\n<ul>\n<li>Green Acres attempted some psyops on YHC via Slack, suggesting that we didn\u2019t need to run during the workout since he was RIROing. Nice try.\u00a0 Not going to happen, although mileage today of ~1.75 miles was on the lower side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Everyone except Huck and Rubber Ducky thought that 43 burpees at one time was overly excessive. Ask Huck why the two of them were not phased in the least by that number the next time you see him.\u00a0 *Shivers*<\/li>\n<li>Frost Bite asked YHC who Bravo, YHC\u2019s 2.0 and a Dodgers first, Braves second fan, was pulling for in the World Series. Upon the defeat of both the Dodgers and Braves, YHC informed Bravo that we were now Rangers fans.\u00a0 \u201cWhy?\u201d he asked.\u00a0 \u201cBecause the enemy of my enemy is my friend.\u201d\n<ul>\n<li>As the conversation proceeded, YHC was able to add additional justifications to pulling for the Rangers:\n<ul>\n<li>Clayton Kershaw, current Dodgers great, is from Texas.<\/li>\n<li>Orel Hershiser, former Dodger great and YHC\u2019s childhood favorite player, was the Rangers\u2019 pitching coach.<\/li>\n<li>YHC is the same age as Rangers great, Josh Hamilton, who is from Raleigh.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Announcements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Bluetooth speaker didn\u2019t pick up any that were said.
