Why yes, yes, indeed. YHC enjoys the simplicity of the \u201cCraftsman\u201d format. High distance and high rep count, everyone wins! He took a good tumble, but had solid form with a great tuck and roll and proceeded through the whole workout like you\u2019d expect from a youthful Hate hate, not a Respect! Glad he was okay!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YHC and Huck took an early lead, and held a plank after the 5th loop to sync the group back up; \u201cAre they lost?\u201d YHC asked, \u201cYou should have checked the bushes!\u201d (For danger) Huck quipped! Really appreciated being able to run with Huck this morning, even though I know when I say HE was pushing the pace, he&#8217;ll lie and say it was YHC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We all circled up in a plank and YHC Omaha\u2019d with Derkins til failure and then switch to Irkins, and we kept on chugging alone.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The flatbed was a nice bonus compared to our usual Craftsman, which always includes American HAMMERs and BOOTStrap squats, because those are clearly Handyman related things.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zima was clearly sandbagging before since he proceeded to the lead the way the rest of the workout. Was nice to catch the 3rd workout of the week with Zima after too many workouts apart!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Decay seemed unphased by the whole workout, and Dr. Toot says he\u2019s a \u201ctechy\u201d guy so YHC has high hopes for him to stick around!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Workbench has been putting in miles training for the Mistletoe and it showed, as he breezed through this beatdown like the 2.5 miles were nothing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About halfway through the workout an Uber dropped someone off near our bear crawl path and low and behold it was a truck driver for another flatbed parked near our path.
