{"id":22623,"date":"2023-10-12T08:54:40","date_gmt":"2023-10-12T12:54:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=22623"},"modified":"2023-10-12T08:56:18","modified_gmt":"2023-10-12T12:56:18","slug":"held-accountable-at-trq","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2023\/10\/held-accountable-at-trq\/","title":{"rendered":"Held Accountable at TRQ!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seven Pax made their way out of bed on a rainy morning to come see if @Goofy would actually show up, among other questions. \u00a0After making our way to some shelter at the front of the school, it went something like this.<\/p>\n<p>Warm-0-Rama: \u00a0You know the usual stuff<\/p>\n<p>The Thang:<\/p>\n<p>Three exercises were chosen that would be repeated throughout each song. \u00a0For example, 20 Merkins, 20 LBC\u2019s and 3 burpees. \u00a0When a new song came on, three new exercises were chosen, and the pattern repeated itself. \u00a0YHC chose the first 5 sets of exercises, and then the Pax took turns choosing. \u00a0 Repeated this until 0615 so, no time for Mary!<\/p>\n<p>Announcements\/Prayers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prayers for Argyle and Huckleberry who each lost their fathers recently. \u00a0Grief is hard.<\/li>\n<li>Prayers for aging parents and aging pax<\/li>\n<li>Nov 9th Vets Day Convergence at Distillery<\/li>\n<li>Buddy Walk coming up soon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NMM<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Thankful for guys who hold me accountable, including @Bam who reminded me last night that I had the Q!<\/li>\n<li>The Tunes were a repeat of a blues rock list YHC made for Purgatory in 2018. \u00a0Some of them were long, with the longest at 6 minutes! \u00a0We had to either stop early, or split them in half a few times!<\/li>\n<li>@Starfish speculated that @MeanGoofy of 2014 might show up. \u00a0Not so! \u00a0I am definitely older and not in good of shape to inflict too much pain!<\/li>\n<li>It was a great group &#8211; lots of MC, some deservedly pointed at your Q.<\/li>\n<li>Always glad to be out. \u00a0Apparently, you guys do this every week. \u00a0Good to know.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seven Pax made their way out of bed on a rainy morning to come see if @Goofy would actually show up, among other questions. \u00a0After making our way to some shelter at the front of the school, it went something like this.
