Juicebox originally had YHC scheduled for last week’s RNG, but Mutton decided to “snatch” the RNG duties away and lead last week’s Q…which ended working out perfectly for YHC’s schedule (it’s all about me anyway). So, with a fresh new week, and some fresh new cool temps, YHC decided to centralize the location in hopes of seeing a “healthy” turn out…BOOM! 19 PAX descended upon Knollwood Baptist Church this am in order to partake in some good ol’ fashioned Running and Gunning! Cheerio owes YHC a new front seat from sweating all over my leather during a ride home<\/p>\n
Seriously, 19 PAX for RNG…WOW! That’s gotta be a record!<\/p>\n
Plunger planned to run with Mongoose’s #Speedtrap boys, but them boys decided to ditch Speedtrap and run 8.5 miles instead…Good call Plunger! RNG is more fun anyhow.<\/p>\n
Great to see Thumper, Snappy and Skillet…YHC had not seem these fine men in several weeks!<\/p>\n
Lite Brite and Bluto got lost with .05 miles to go…#Hardtofigure #Loss4words<\/p>\n
YHC had some moderate technical issues with Tabata app…#therearenogoodTabataappsintheworld<\/p>\n
