Dans (Squat, Lunge, Lunge)<\/p>\n<p>Island #3 to #4:\u00a0 Bear Crawl<\/p>\n<p>Island #4 to #5:\u00a0 Duck Walk<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to grassy area beside dirt track.\u00a0 Pax were advised to find a soft place in the grass which was not a popular recommendation.\u00a0 Turk \u2018n Burps (TnB) x 1 and Heels to Heaven (H2H) x 10.\u00a0 Repeato, adding 1 TnB and subtracting one H2H until TnB x 10 and H2H x 1.\u00a0 This took longer than expected.<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the quarry and pick a rock.\u00a0 Circle up.\u00a0 Perform called exercise x 22 reps.\u00a0 Then step one rock to the left and perform next called exercise x 22 reps.\u00a0 Continue until instructed to return rocks.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Curls<\/li>\n<li>OH Press<\/li>\n<li>Upright Row<\/li>\n<li>Bent-Over Row<\/li>\n<li>American Hammers<\/li>\n<li>Romanian Deadlifts to your rock (each leg x 11)<\/li>\n<li>Rock Toe-Touch<\/li>\n<li>Side-to-Side Merkins (on your rock)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Return rocks and mosey home.<\/p>\n<p>Mary:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cobra Crunch<\/li>\n<li>High Dolly<\/li>\n<li>Glute Bridges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Time.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>NMM:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wobie and YHC launched promptly at 0505 for the EC run. Along the way, we picked up Green Acres and Mutton.\u00a0 Great job, fellas.<\/li>\n<li>Giles was the fortunate soul who apparently has never had to do burpee broad jumps before today. Boomerang is the fortunate soul who doesn\u2019t give a rip what the Q calls and does whatever he wants.<\/li>\n<li>Which is a perfect segue to Argyle\u2019s reaction to the Q\u2019s call for Turk \u2018n Burps (Turkish get up + burpee): \u201cThat\u2019s stupid.\u00a0 I\u2019m doing something else.\u201d\u00a0 He then proceeded to do exactly as asked with exquisite form.<\/li>\n<li>YHC isn\u2019t sure whether everyone else completed the entire cycle of Turk \u2018n Burps and H2Hs, but YHC is sure that Green Acres did. The War Daddy persevered and punished the Q\u2019s call.<\/li>\n<li>Boomerang, Pony, and Wobegon (I think) decided that the asphalt was soft enough for them; that\u2019s how much they hate grass. Green Acres, Mutton, and Argyle opted for the wood chips of the play area, leaving only Giles and YHC in the grass.<\/li>\n<li>YHC doesn\u2019t recall hearing duck walks or TnBs called since Covid. Burpee broad jumps have been called; see Huckleberry\u2019s regular usage of those for reference.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on where you were in the rock circle for each exercise determined your level of pain\/satisfaction.\u00a0 Everyone grimaced when they got to Green Acres&#8217;s rock, no matter the exercise called.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Announcements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GreenNest needs a Q.<\/li>\n<li>Ziggy has Q at IS on Saturday.<\/li>\n<li>Pony Express has Q at Purgatory on Saturday AND invites all pax to come to his house at 1100 for the Red River Rivalry (Texas \/ OU) with brisket, corn dogs, Shiner beer.
