At my Qs, I like to explore the AO, and thus we did.<\/p>\n
We did warm up though.<\/p>\n
20 SSH, 10 Imperial Walker, 10 Hill Billy, 6 Abe Vigoda, 10 Whirly (then CP started complaining so we headed out).<\/p>\n
The Thang<\/p>\n
Mosey to Merschel Park for Dora 1,2,3. 100 Merkin, 200 Squat, 300 LBC.<\/p>\n
Mosey to the park by First Pres.<\/p>\n
Here we did 1+1 exercises. 1 RL\/LL step ups on first step, then 2, then 3, all the way up to 6. By this time, Gump hadn’t even broken a sweat, so after we took a lap around the park it was time to step it up. 1+1 burpees, all the way up to 7. Then lap, then we did 3+3 WWII (all the way up to 21).<\/p>\n
It was put to the team where we should go next, and the group chose the parking garage. Here we did 1+1 Burpups. Bear Crawl to first rafter, do 1 Burpup, then Bear Crawl to the next and do 2. And so on until we reached 5.<\/p>\n
Then mosey back to start for Huck’s 3 Merkins and that was time!<\/p>\n
Dr. Toot brought and FNG who he works with who was appropriately named Dr. Decay.<\/p>\n
Gump who normally posts in K-Vegas, decided to check out the Winston crew and was not disappointed. Former Marine so I was happy with the compliment.<\/p>\n
Everyone else did their thing and was adequately exhausted.<\/p>\n
