YHC entrusted a tupperware containing two dice to Yukon Cornelius, which he promptly and appropriately began shaking vigorously.  <br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nWarmarama:<br \/>\r\nWhile we were preparing to initiate, a gentleman walked into the parking lot from the track and asked if he could join.  \u201cAbsolutely\u201d.  YHC recited the mission and four of the five core principles; we got the fifth (\u201cfree of charge, always\u201d) down with an assist from Palin.<br \/>\r\nSSHs,  Abe Vigodas, Down\/Upward Dog stretches, Cherry Pies<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nAt this, we parted ways with our new pax who had \u201calready walked 19 laps\u201d on the track.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nThe Thang<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nMosey to playground and pick a bench for seven layers of dip, each set x 10 (IC).  Other exercises interlaced were step ups R\/L and moseys around the playset.  Was trying to make sure everyone\u2019s legs were good and warm.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nAfter the seventh layer, we moseyed to the bottom of Pilot View for a game.  The goal was to progress up to Summit and back down to West End.  Yukon Cornelius was instructed to roll the two dice, one white, one blue (YHC couldn\u2019t find his red dice to pair with the blue pill).  The white dice dictated the exercise and the base number of reps, blue dice was a multiplier for the reps.  Also, if the blue dice roll was 1-3, pax would move down the mountain one block; if the blue dice roll was 4-6, pax would move up the mountain one block.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nWhite dice exercises were:<br \/>\r\n1.\tBurpees<br \/>\r\n2.\tLt. Dans<br \/>\r\n3.\tMtn. Climbers<br \/>\r\n4.\tHeels to Heaven<br \/>\r\n5.\tMike Tysons<br \/>\r\n6.\tSSHs<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nRoll scenarios:<br \/>\r\nWhite: 1 x Blue:1 = One burpee and move down a block. <br \/>\r\nWhite:  4 x Blue:  4 = Sixteen Heels to Heaven.<br \/>\r\nWhite: 5 x Blue: 6 = Thirty Mike Tysons and move up a block.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nWe moved rapidly up the mountain and then rapidly back down with only one back-track roll (Carolina back to Jersey).  As YHC recollects, we hit the following rolls:<br \/>\r\n1.\tWest End:  Mike Tysons x 20, run up to Carolina<br \/>\r\n2.\tCarolina:  Burpees x 6, run up to Jersey<br \/>\r\n3.\tJersey:  Lt. Dans x 8, run up to Summit<br \/>\r\n4.\tSummit:  Heels to Heaven x 8, run down to Jersey<br \/>\r\n5.\tJersey:  Burpees x 3, run down to Carolina<br \/>\r\n6.\tCarolina:  Lt. Dans x 10, run back up to Jersey<br \/>\r\n7.\tJersey:  Mtn. Climbers x 9, run down to Carolina<br \/>\r\n8.\tCarolina:  Mike Tysons x 5, run down to West End<br \/>\r\n9.\tWest End:  SSHs x 18, game over<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nWe then moseyed back to the playground area for a couple rounds of supine pull-ups (IC) partnered with another run around the playset and some gas pumps.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nWe made the short mosey back to launch for 5 minutes of Mary:<br \/>\r\nWW2s x 10 (IC) (never roll the WW2s on PV)<br \/>\r\nHeels to Heaven x 10 (IC)<br \/>\r\nDive Bombers x 10 (IC)<br \/>\r\nSpicoli-led plank<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nFinished.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nNMM:<br \/>\r\n\u2022\tBefore we parted ways with the new pax, he revealed his hospital name to be Octavius.  He was invited back to a future Saturday beatdown.<br \/>\r\n\u2022\tYukon Cornelius did most of the rolling of dice, but Lamb Chop, as alternate war baby, had to sub in for a couple of rolls.  YHC would take both to Vegas (or Cherokee) as the rolls were very fortunate for us.  On Yukon\u2019s first roll, however, the blue dice escaped the Tupperware and almost made it into the sewer on West End.  Three pax lifted the concrete cover to the sewer and Schlitz was able to retrieve the multiplier.<br \/>\r\n\u2022\tSchlitz asked YHC, as we moseyed to Pilot View, if I had gained any new abilities post-surgery.  Response:  \u201cI can read Lamb Chop\u2019s mind 45 seconds from now.\u201d  YHC was encouraged to keep moving beyond the base of PV by several.<br \/>\r\n\u2022\tMutton was his normal, quiet self, although YHC did catch discussion between uncle and nephew about the upcoming Duke football season, including a Notre Dame visit to Durham.<br \/>\r\n\u2022\tPalin was busy making sure that Yukon Cornelius was safe while running in the road and climbing a mountain.  As a result, his normal copious commentary was restrained.  <br \/>\r\n\u2022\tSpicoli arrived on Spicoli-time and helped keep the pax street-smart and safe from a couple of vehicles.  YHC later discovered a Slack message from him sent at 0654 indicating he was on his way.  He then proceeded to crush his nemesis, PV.<br \/>\r\n\u2022\tOur last pax to arrive, BooBoo, was discovered when we returned to the launch site.  When asked how late he was, the doctor smirked and said, \u201c30 minutes.\u201d  He filled the time with a mosey around the park and Tabata in the field.<br \/>\r\nAnnouncements:<br \/>\r\n\u2022\tNo Impossible Situation next Saturday.  Look for a Labor Day Weekend convergence at either Alcatraz or Purgatory.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nPrayer Requests:<br \/>\r\nYHC took us out expressing thanks to the Sky-Q bringing these men out and enabling us exercise and encourage one another.<br \/>\r\nThanks for the keys, Mutton.
