I was the first one there\u2026.for a while actually. Started getting nervous and within minutes of starting everyone showed up and I could put the idea of an early chic fil a date to rest. \u00a0Whew!<\/p>\n
So anyways we started with<\/p>\n
SSH<\/p>\n
Hillbillys<\/p>\n
Imperial walker<\/p>\n
abe<\/p>\n
clapp<\/p>\n
Time to walk to the first little hit of sidewalk and do<\/p>\n
10 squats\/10 jump squats\/ 10 monkey humpers\/ 10 right and left leg forward lunges. Then Duck walk to the first street lamp. Repeat at every street light until the end. \u00a0We made it! Time to celebrate with 25 Smurf jacks. (This was a terrible idea)<\/p>\n
Now we head to the rocks, but bear crawling all the way. Only time we stop is if someone yells BREAK! Then we all stop together and do 20 reps of any ab workout they choose.<\/p>\n
Finally to the freakin rocks<\/p>\n
Medium size rock of course and then up to the top street light (top of that circle thing)<\/p>\n
5 curls\/5 overhead press\/ 5 skull crusher and five side to side spider merkins with your rock. Then John Cusack your rock around the circle and repeat reps with 10 at a time. Then 15. Then 20. Then 15. Stop because of time.<\/p>\n
Balls to wall! Green acres won by a long shot. Congrats my guy!<\/p>\n
mosey back to launch for Big O, windshield wipers and heels to heaven.<\/p>\n
