Bailey Park (WS&#8217;s wonderful new outdoor gathering space) offered a convenient AO for YHC&#8230;it&#8217;s all about me!<\/p>\n<p>The events of WIB went something like this:<\/p>\n<p>Starting at the south end of Bailey Park, run up Vine St. just past the 5th street bridge and turn left down the walk path and stop for exercise #1:<\/p>\n<p>10 Pull-Ups<\/p>\n<p>Continue run across pkg. lot to N. Patterson Ave., turn left run down to south end of park. Stop at south end of park for the following exercises:<\/p>\n<p>20 Merkins<\/p>\n<p>20 Heels to Heaven<\/p>\n<p>20 Squats<\/p>\n<p>20 Dips<\/p>\n<p>Repeato the run and exercises until 0612<\/p>\n<p>Fun WIB Facts:<\/p>\n<p>Completed 6 laps &#8211; ~2.0 mi<\/p>\n<p>60 Pull-ups<\/p>\n<p>120 Merkins<\/p>\n<p>120 Heels\/Heaven<\/p>\n<p>120 Squats<\/p>\n<p>120 Dips<\/p>\n<p>COT: Thistle took PAX out with gracious words of thanks and praise.<\/p>\n<p>Annc:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Encourage the PAX to post comments to BB and PBs! To quote Toto &#8220;It&#8217;s sort of like tipping your waiter&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Root Canal has WIB next week 8\/31 AO &#8211; Whitaker Elementary School<\/li>\n<li>Schmedfest this Saturday!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moleskin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>YHC learned that Root Canal and Thistle have been pals for decades! The two of them have completed 6 marathons together!<\/li>\n<li>Both men are beasts! YHC was sucking wind just to hang in close proximity.
