Covered, or non-covered? The plan for covered was to play with a deck of cards and bear crawl, lunge walk, merkin, and burpee our way around under the covered area. It would have been miserable. The PAX chose the uncovered option, since it wasn\u2019t really raining. After choosing, YHC informed the PAX that Qs on the 22nd are very predictable by now. I like 22s. Burns tries to stop me from grabbing spots on the 22nd, and thought he got me by grabbing WIB. YHC left a conversation with Crash to go investigate and ensure it wasn\u2019t one of the PAX. The wreck was from a Honda Accord that spun out in the turn in front of the church and crashed trunk first into a tree just 6 feet from a house off Polo. YHC found a young man walking along the sidewalk, visibly upset. Upon asking if he was okay, he signaled he was fine and was on the phone. So prayers for that young man, glad he seemed okay!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>NMM<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">22s without moseying is ROUGH.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">110 burpees, 110 curl presses, 88 merkins + 22 pull ups (=110 reps), with LOTS of bear crawl and lunge walking.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While stating the Mission Statement and Core principles, YHC was setting up his watch to start recording. After setup, Green Acres pondered \u201cYOU HAVE THAT ALL ON YOUR WATCH?!\u201d Nah, just multi-tasking, but that\u2019s not a bad idea to help some PAX\u2026.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">YHC provided music which was a mix of early 2000 rock.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D-Day suggested YHC get a fanny pack to carry the speaker, instead of choosing to put it in my pants during the bear crawl.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scorpion merkins are always a crowd pleaser, YHC opted to switch to OYO for those instead of in-cadence<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Next time, we\u2019ll save the pull-ups for the end, as time was running VERY short (we ran over) to finish our set of 22s. Note to self, 22s are slower when there is no running in between!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not really any rain during the beatdown, but the PAX did get very damp while begrudgingly trudging through the burpees!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kudos to Crash and Wobegon for running the 2 mile EC run, YHC encountered digestive delays preventing him from joining. Green Acres also joined them and moseyed from home. D-Day walked in. #TClaps<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ziggy was commenting on some of his travels, past and very near future. #SabbaticalLife\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enjoyed hearing about DDay\u2019s daughter working as a lifeguard this summer, a job my 2.2 would like to do when older. Also liked hearing about Crash\u2019s 2.1 working at Style Encore.
