Three cones spaced to the end of the parking lot with six sets of 7 reps at each cone up and back<\/p>\n
1-Merkins at each cone; mode of transport = bear crawls (mosey back on this one)<\/p>\n
2-Squats at each cone; mode of transport = duck walks (up and back at each cone)<\/p>\n
3-Shoulder taps; bunny hops<\/p>\n
4-American Hammers; crab walk (mosey back on this)<\/p>\n
