This was a repeat but I love doing it. At the bottom of that steep ass grassy hill, start with 1 prisoner stand up, bear crawl to the top for 1 burpee. Then slow jog back down for 2 prisoner get ups, bear crawl to the top and 2 burpees. Repeat until 10\u2026. Or 7 because we out of time.<\/p>\n

Be thinking of those families. Also if you don\u2019t like what happened then that\u2019s fine, but don\u2019t bring another man down because of his views on things. We as men in this group are better than that. We are welcome to ALL men. Take that. Welcome them, invite them to workouts. Be the leader your community needs.
