After a very well attended SuperMaxx murph, YHC posted his signs to get ready for the very special Mother\u2019s Day eve beatdown. Thanks Adobe for the signs. As the start time came due, 16 PAX gathered behind the church to start the workout. It may have been a little warm, I guess that\u2019s why women don\u2019t want to be pregnant during the summer. It was great to lead this many guys through the depths of the Exicon. Until next time with a little less exercises.<\/p>\n

Warm-O-Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Thang:<\/strong><\/p>\n

YHC conceived of this workout a few months ago, maybe it was nine, and locked in the day before Mother\u2019s Day with the site Q. Van Gogh mentioned that it was the same day as the ROCC 5k so shorten it up to 45 minutes. Never mentioned anything about going easy on the triple downers.<\/p>\n

YHC was very excited to birth this workout to honor all Moms. The workout consisted of going through each week of pregnancy and the corresponding fruit or vegetable that matches the baby size at that point. The week number would be our reps. So we started out week 4 Poppy Seed where we did 4 Pop-up Merkins. Then moved through all the weeks all the way to week 40 Small Pumpkin and 40 Gas Pumps. I tried to match up as many fruits or vegetables with an exercise, but some were just random. Some of the best were Carrot = Murder Bunnies, Ear of Corn = Mike Tyson, and Kidney bean = SSH.<\/p>\n

Rudolph really questioned YHC\u2019s state of mind picking One-legged Burpees to be done at week 28. Omaha may have been called on that one.<\/p>\n

Bulwinkle had to bow out prematurely, but most of us made it to term with a few full term. If you did all the reps it would be 814, so we probably did somewhere between 700 and 800.<\/p>\n

The music was a little more subdued, just how Moms like it.<\/p>\n
