\nTo basketball court for Merkin Madness (10 merkins, bear crawl to midcourt, 9 merkins, bear crawl back to endline, 8, etc to 1) then Lunge Lunacy (same idea with squat jumps countdown and lunge walks back and forth).<\/p>\n
To playground for PSA: \u00a011 Pull-ups, 11 Squatty Potties, 11 American hammers, repeat for 5 rounds for 55 of each. There were 6 of us and there are 6 bouncy stools in the playground for Squatty Potties. I guess that\u2019s what pooping in prison is like. Kinda close quarters; we didn\u2019t make eye contact. \ud83e\udd23<\/p>\n
Then dips and erkins, 20 IC each, at the six-sided platform. Seemed custom made for us! \u00a0Again, very little eye contact.
\nThen to the blocks, wasted some time doing 10 blockees, and 2 sets of 10 curls. Tryna get Crash\u2019s moneys worth out of the blocks.
\nThen back to start for Mary: \u00a0WWII sit-ups, Mutton crunch, low flutter, LBC\u2019s, Huckleberry merkins (always the crowd pleaser!) and Done!<\/p>\n
Third Q in 5 days for YHC. Boomerang crazy enough to make all 3. \ud83d\udcaa<\/p>\n
Ziggy kept reading my mind about what was next in the workout. Unsure if that\u2019s Neural Divergence or he\u2019s just been to a lot of my Q\u2019s. \u00a0\ud83d\ude06<\/p>\n
Strong work by all! \u00a0Gold Watch has been getting lots of workouts and has worked out with Spamalot in FL. It was a beautiful morning and great crew. Didn\u2019t hear any complaints over my huffing and puffing \ud83e\udd75.
\nPrayers were offered for Dixon family, aging parents, quick healing for Greenspan, Zima, and Palin, watching over Drama Queen and YHC after our cancer treatment, then told God \u201cbye-bye\u201d instead of Amen. \ud83d\ude05. I was tired. \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2642\ufe0f<\/p>\n
