The morning started off in the usual way of a welcoming address and getting right to it.<\/p>\n
Warma-rama:<\/p>\n
Side straddle hops, copperhead squats, Abe Vagoda, Whirley with a Clap, Michael Phelps.\u00a0 All greater than 11 count to appease Dr. Toot.<\/p>\n
We then did a very short mosey to everyones favorite, the parking space to perform parking space merkins. Got to come up with a better name. We started out with doing one merkin at the at the entrance line of the parking space which was a regular merkin then bear crawled forward the end of the parking space to do a wide merkin then sideways bear crawled to do a diamond merkin and finally crawl beared to\u00a0 the far line to do a ranger merkin.\u00a0 After finishing one set we increased by one each time getting to a total of 5 of\u00a0 each merkin.\u00a0 I would like to say I need to shoot for higher reps but I’m not sure I can.\u00a0 By the way, you had to sideways bear crawl back to the begining to start your next set. After that stupidity I had more planned.<\/p>\n
We went and found some medium rocks and partnered up for a modified Dora.\u00a0 Partner A stayed back and did 10 curls for the girls, while partner B bear crawled and pushed the rock ahead of them until relieved by Partner A for a total of 100.\u00a0 The next round involved more pushing of the rock by Partner B while Partner A was performing squats of 20 reps before the relived parnter B.\u00a0 This went on till I called for Omaha to not push the rock any longer but Lung walk the rock instead.\u00a0 Finally the last round was a typical Dora of LBC while partner ran to the far island at Mayhem and ran back to relieve their partner.<\/p>\n
Rocks were carefully replaced from where we got them and we mosied to the pavilion to do some dips, right and left leg step ups.<\/p>\n
Before you knew it, it was time for Mary.\u00a0 We did several rounds of Mary including Feddy Mercury, Mutton Crunch, Low flutter and Low Dolly.<\/p>\n
We really didn’t need to count off since we couldn’t get to eleven for Dr. Toot.\u00a0 No real announcements.<\/p>\n
