YHC woke up with 2 plans this morning.\u00a0 One for the garage and one for staying outside.\u00a0 As I arrived, the rain had stopped and the radar looked clear.\u00a0 Outside was the way to go.<\/p>\n
After a very brief warm-arama with 25 Side Straddle Hops, the Pax departed for the steep hill up 4th street.\u00a0 After another brief stop to catch our breath and execute 25 somewhat flawed Imperial Storm Troopers, we began the workout in earnest.<\/p>\n
Because I am not too clever, I recycled an old work out back to my birthday almost 2 months ago.\u00a0 It went something like this.<\/p>\n
Run to the coffee shop across from Cycle Bar.<\/p>\n
Partner up.<\/p>\n
Partner A does 1 squat, Partner B does 2 squats.\u00a0 Then A does 3 and B 4 an so on to 10.\u00a0 Back down to 1 squat and add two for good measure.<\/p>\n
Run from 4th street to Centenary Church and partner up.<\/p>\n
Partner A executes 1 Merkin, Partner B 2 Merkins.\u00a0 Then A does 3, B does 4 and so on up t0 10, then back down to 1.\u00a0 At the end, we all did 2 extra.<\/p>\n
Next stop, a parking lot at Broad and 4th Street.<\/p>\n
Lunge walk with your partner.\u00a0 Same count as above where A lunges one step with each leg and B then lunges 2 with each leg.\u00a0 All the way to 10, but not back to 1.<\/p>\n
Run down 4th to Poplar.\u00a0 Wall sit with Jack Reachers.\u00a0 With a partner, same as above.\u00a0 All the way to 10 and back down.\u00a0 Add 2 at the end.<\/p>\n
Mosey to the stage on Marshall St for dips.\u00a0 Same as above.\u00a0 Added 10 box jumps here too.<\/p>\n
Mosey back to 4th St and Liberty for Low Flutter with your partner.<\/p>\n
One last stop on our way home for Freddie Mercs with partner.<\/p>\n
All in all we covered nearly 2.5 miles and all exercises added up to 57 reps per partner.\u00a0 I have made 57 successful laps around the sun as of 2\/21\/23.<\/p>\n
Glad to see Mittens again.\u00a0 He got his name at Conspiracy on Wednesday.\u00a0 Guess we did not scare him off!<\/p>\n
Really happy to be with this Pax on a very uncertain morning.\u00a0 I usually run Tractors so I was happy to get some miles in as well.<\/p>\n
All Pax please remember the memorial for Starfish’s son and Frostbite’s brother this Sunday at 3pm at 1st Pres.<\/p>\n
YHC took us out praying for peace within the Dixon family and for all Pax with medical issues.<\/p>\n
