warm o rama – SSH, IW, Abe V (oldschool which splash approved), michael phelps – all IC.<\/p>\n
Starfish – “you know we should taper today to prepare for tomorrow” ……whoops…….<\/p>\n
Thang – I reached out to make sure Zima would be there this morning – he could not due to having the boys. well what if I bring Mayhem to your back yard?\u00a0 Zima – well then i will wake them up and we will be there.\u00a0 MAYHEM was going mobile!<\/p>\n
Mosey on the greenway to Zimas where he and Kerik we doing squats on the playground.\u00a0 wait…..where is the other one??? Zima – he wouldnt get up so i left him when the dog…..who was throwing up #parenting.<\/p>\n
so our pax went to 9.<\/p>\n
the workout – run a lap around the track, at the playground perform 10 pullups, 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 WWII, 50 SSH, run a lap and repeat.<\/p>\n
after 3-4 rounds we moseyed back to start for Mary – 11 freddy merc IC, Hucks 3 merkins<\/p>\n

the goal today was to have rounds of arms\/back, chest, legs, abs, and cardio- all in forms that our former FNG Kerik now White Claw could perform and also push our experienced pax<\/p>\n
the moon was amazing and was a topic of discussion<\/p>\n
Zima insisted on White Claw<\/p>\n
zima was also called out by suede for his squat form – #injuriesdontmatter. Thanks for getting up and bringing White Claw out.\u00a0 Speaking of white claw, he ran the laps, did the exercises, and didnt complain (unlike his dad)<\/p>\n
we did not taper for tomorrow – in fact, starfish’s watch recommended 34 hours of rest after todays workout – not a good sign for tomorrow<\/p>\n
root canal was an animal and finished 4-5 rounds<\/p>\n
great catching up with splash – while complaining about the number reps during each round, he crushed it – it was the perfect number FYI<\/p>\n
Subfloor was not fazed by the running or the exercises – just got it done<\/p>\n
Double Wide was happy we did not perform crawl bears (next time).\u00a0 Always great to workout with you buddy.<\/p>\n
Suede – still have no idea where you came from but great to see you – and thanks for keeping me from making a wrong turn on the way back<\/p>\n
