{"id":21585,"date":"2023-03-22T06:59:46","date_gmt":"2023-03-22T10:59:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=21585"},"modified":"2023-03-22T06:59:46","modified_gmt":"2023-03-22T10:59:46","slug":"cruising-downtown-during-the-middle-of-the-day-at-conspiracy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2023\/03\/cruising-downtown-during-the-middle-of-the-day-at-conspiracy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cruising downtown during the middle of the day at Conspiracy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Forgoing YHC&#8217;s usual Wednesday haunts at the request of the site Q, the car headed what most folks would consider towards downtown.\u00a0 However, the Q learned that many pax have a much narrower\/literal understanding of downtown than evidently YHC does.\u00a0 That&#8217;s not surprising, YHC freely admits his views in many things have become more generous, some would say loving over recent years.\u00a0 (Not on form of course, there&#8217;s no deviation on that!)\u00a0 So, when the young whippersnapper site Q was worried that because my pre-blast mentioned downtown at Hanes Park that YHC was confused, he had no idea.<\/p>\n<p>It was a glorious gathering of more recent and classic pax, and the Q was thankful Spicoli wasn&#8217;t running on &#8220;his&#8221; time, because of what was planned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warmorama<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Roaming warmup!<\/li>\n<li>SSH and then mosey to Hawthorne and Runnymede, stopping various times for additional warmup exercises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Thang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dora 1-2-3<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 Merkins<\/li>\n<li>200 Squats<\/li>\n<li>300 Freddie Mercs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to Ed Hill<\/p>\n<p>Jacobs Ladder<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 WWII at top<\/li>\n<li>7 deconstructed burpees at the bottom<\/li>\n<li>then up and down 2 &amp; 6, 3 &amp; 5, etc..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bataan Death March<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Single file line, slow mosey<\/li>\n<li>Pax in back does 7 merkins then runs to catch up<\/li>\n<li>new pax at end of line does 7, etc until all have done merkins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to Parking lot<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mutton Crunches, because you have to when he&#8217;s there<\/li>\n<li>Heels to Heaven<\/li>\n<li>Peter Parkers<\/li>\n<li>maybe something else<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>FIN<\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Q may have called this my fave mid-day workout at the beginning, but details<\/li>\n<li>Frostbite made some snarky Redline comment when we started running, but don&#8217;t think he knows what happens at Redline, so didn&#8217;t worry too much about it<\/li>\n<li>Schlitz was still hacking up body paint during Dora, assuming that explained the unique sounds the pax heard<\/li>\n<li>Always fun when Snooki and Razzie join!\u00a0 Must have been a lapse in their Top Tier Theory gym membership<\/li>\n<li>Mutton has ugly clothes<\/li>\n<li>Education Hill never disappoints<\/li>\n<li>Lots of fraternizing during Mary, assuming that means we didn&#8217;t work hard enough #cobains<\/li>\n<li>2.3 miles were covered, well done!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prayers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dixon clan &#8211;
