Run back and forth and add one merkin \/ subtract one squat each time.<\/p>\n

Next, since it\u2019s baseball season, YHC marked out a perfect diamond with cones using two tennis courts.\u00a0 Pax were instructed to occupy a base.<\/p>\n

Pax at home performs burpees x 25<\/p>\n

Pax at first performs AMRAP squats<\/p>\n

Pax at second performs AMRAP merkins<\/p>\n

Pax at third performs AMRAP gas pumps<\/p>\n

Next, we enjoyed Blackjack!<\/p>\n
