{"id":2149,"date":"2017-08-17T13:14:38","date_gmt":"2017-08-17T13:14:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=2149"},"modified":"2017-08-17T13:14:38","modified_gmt":"2017-08-17T13:14:38","slug":"baptized-in-bourbon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2017\/08\/baptized-in-bourbon\/","title":{"rendered":"Baptized in Bourbon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In an attempt to secure a Q @ #TheDistillery, YHC tried to bribe #Wort with some jet ski time.\u00a0 I held up my end of the bargain, #Wort\u2019s duties fell upon #Schneider.\u00a0 In all fairness, #Wort did have a Varsity soccer game last night and practice again today, so I guess I can give him a pass.<\/p>\n<p>#Schneider was initially hesitant to even CoQ several weeks ago, but F3 has done what it\u2019s supposed to do and that is to invigorate male leadership.\u00a0 I received a text last week from #Schneider informing me he had e-mailed me the beginnings of a weinke.\u00a0 YHC noticed the warm up was a little unorthodox, but who was I to judge?\u00a0 I added my portion of the CoQ and we were ready.\u00a0 Tclaps to #Schneider for stepping up and introducing YHC to the song that inspired today\u2019s workout name.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to field<\/p>\n<p>Each exercise performed for 1 min do as many as you can<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Peter Parkers<\/li>\n<li>Hip thrust<\/li>\n<li>Oblique crunches 30 seconds on the right side. And 30 seconds on the left side<\/li>\n<li>Nolan Ryan\u2019s 30 seconds right side 30 seconds left side<\/li>\n<li>WWII sit ups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Arm Swirly things IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The THANG:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>DMB \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>From goal line, <strong>D<\/strong>uck Walk to 10 yard line and perform 5 <strong>M<\/strong>erkins. \u00a0<strong>B<\/strong>earcrawl back to goal line.<\/li>\n<li>Duck Walk to 20 yard line and perform 10 Merkins. We also used the small field.\u00a0 Guess what?!? \u00a0It still sucked!<\/li>\n<li>#Geppetto did not know who Nolan Ryan was. Clearly he has never been to a #Drama Queen Q!<\/li>\n<li>Always great to see #Boomerang at #TheDistillery. YHC hopes he will become a regular and thinks the 5 extra minutes of sleep is all the EHing #Boomerang will need.<\/li>\n<li>Solid CoQ for #Schneider!
