As a reminder – and new information for those who have never attended Shmedfest<\/strong> – this is a family friendly event with food, drinks, and music provided. The party starts at 4 pm at Triad Park with dinner being served at 6 pm.<\/p>\n

Also, I wanted to share this special announcement regarding our F3 convergence that morning: All 3 Saturday Dash AO\u2019s will converge on Saturday, August 26th at Hanes Park at 7 am. I am excited to announce our quarterback Q for the event \u2013 Burlap! The convergence will last for 1-1\/2 hours and refreshments will be provided following the beatdown. Watch Twitter, our new F3 Winston-Salem website and Slack for more details.<\/p>\n
