7 PAX carved their way through the humid gloom to find their way to Parliament this morning on what turned out to be a dry workout (outside of the sweat from the 100% humidity).\u00a0 It went a little something like this:

\nYHC was the 7th<\/sup> guy so YHC did 150 Jack Reachers and 100 ISW\u2019s.

\nIt was 9 years ago today that YHC finished the one PGA Tour event played at the Wyndham Championship.\u00a0 Today, we will devote a majority of the workout celebrating the champions of the Wyndham, a far cry from where YHC finished.

\nNone spoken, but an obvious omission by YHC are the ongoing tensions arising from Charlottesville.\u00a0 Prayers for peace, understanding, and belief that we are not better than any of our fellow men, as we all fall short of one Man.

\nNMM<\/u><\/strong>
\nIt was humid, but there was great push by all the PAX.\u00a0 YHC tried to keep the running down this morning to keep the AO\u2019s tradition alive and well.
\n 
\nBecause of the \u201cno running\u201d policies, YHC, and perhaps Burlap, have no legs today.\u00a0 Seems everyone was fighting their legs toward the end of the workout.
\n 
\nOver half the PAX demanded respect this morning! These men are leaders and certainly epitomize a #HIM!

\nSerious mumble chatter over the cinderblocks this morning\u2026there\u2019s only 9 of them so if we had more than 9 this morning then\u2026.
